How to play

  1. Compare the two shapes.
  2. Same: the right one is only turned around. Different: it is flipped.

About Rotate

Rotate is a mental rotation game. Two block shapes appear and you decide whether the right one is the left one turned around, or its mirror image.

You have to spin the shape in your head to check. In later rounds the right shape is always turned, so it never looks identical at first glance.

Tips for a higher score

  • Pick one corner of the shape and follow it as you turn it in your mind.
  • A mirror image can never be turned to match, however far you rotate.
  • Check the short arm of the shape. It gives the flip away.
